Told Studio is a brand identity and client experience studio based in Auckland, New Zealand. We work with service-based founders — interior designers, architects, builders, landscapers, and coaches — who are good at what they do but know their brand isn't reflecting that, yet.
Most service businesses are carrying their brand. Explaining who they are in every conversation. Sending proposals that don't quite feel like them. Posting inconsistently because the content system isn't there. Running ads to a brand that isn't ready for the attention.
We fix that. From the ground up. Starting with who you are and where you want to be perceived — then building the identity, the client journey, the systems, the tools, and where needed, the physical environments that bring it all to life.

I'm a creative as much as I am a strategist. I care about the work looking right and functioning right. I use AI to move faster without losing the human thinking that makes the work worth having.
